Donald Trump Jr. 15 year old playing cards A supporter allegedly assaulted outside a polling station on the first day of New Hampshire this week told the Trump family that “the family has your back.”
“So I knew I actually met a 15-year-old victim shortly before being attacked by the ill left,” Trump Jr. Tweeted. “I asked my aide to find his number and hung him and his mother. I thanked them for being such a strong supporter. #MAGA. “
Trump Jr. contacted Nate Campbell Thursday night after Fox News first reported the case.
The Wyndham police station arrested Patrick Bradley, 34, Thursday and charged him with simple assault and chaos.
The suspect, wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat, faced Campbell volunteering in a Trump tent at Wyndham High School, the primary election venue in New Hampshire.
Police said the incident occurred on Tuesday, and Bradley left the voting place in high school and was walking by a Trump campaign tent with several supporters. Police said that passing by the tent, Bradley slapped a 15-year-old man on his face and assaulted two other adults who attempted arbitration.
Police said Bradley was also accused of throwing Trump’s campaign sign and trying to knock on the campaign’s tent.
In an interview with Fox News, the boy’s mother, Kathy Campbell, described an incident involving her son.
“Son stayed home from school on Tuesday for a doctor’s appointment, and we went to high school to vote. When we got there, we saw Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Gilfoil. My son was over the moon, “she said. “My son is the most patriotic child you will encounter in life.”
She said she was worried he was wearing a MAGA hat.
“But he was wearing a hat,” she said. “Because he’s a proud 15 year old, he doesn’t know what people will be.”
Campbell said he had dropped his son off to volunteer at school.
“My son stood outside the sidewalk and said,” Please have a good night. ” I told everyone. But he was triggered, “Campbell explained. “He said” f — “and rolled his hand as soon as possible and slapped his entire face. “
Campbell said that a man also wearing a MAGA hat had come to intervene. According to Campbell, the man had a jaw fracture.
Campbell told Fox News that her husband was a town fireman and worked during the incident.
“He got a call about the raid and didn’t know it was our son until he got there,” she explained.
“He’s the cutest child,” Campbell said of his son. “He was so excited and unaware that this could happen.”
Since Tuesday’s incident, Campbell said her son was “quite heartbroken.”
“This man lives in our town, she said, but added that his son went to school and” received a lot of support from his peers. “
“There are always people trying to blame the victim,” she said. “But he was definitely not wrong.”
She added: “I’m afraid I can’t say which party you are. People need to know how much intolerance they currently have.”
“It’s bad to get angry at a child with a stupid hat,” she said. “And everyone who reached out talked about how wonderful a child he was.”
The case is followed by other violence against Trump supporters. Florida man Gregory Tim, 27, has been accused of pushing his van into a “Republican” ballot registration tent on Saturday. In the arrest report, Tim said that the “agent” did not like Trump and said that “someone had to stand.”
Meanwhile, on Friday, Trump Jr. accused media coverage of not reporting more on Campbell’s case.
“ Given the mainstream media’s willingness to disrupt the lives of teenage conservatives, like Covington Catholic children, it’s surprising to see barely touching this story of an adult attacking a 15-year-old left-wing Democrat No, “he tweeted. “Where are the clowns now?”
